My son and I will be on hand at WOSU’s Public Media Digital Day this Saturday, August 16th to talk about personal blogs for families. We’ll be there from 12:30pm to at least 2pm talking about:

• What is a blog?
• How do I create a blog (i.e., get an account)?
• Why do people blog and who reads them?
• Other fun/interesting stuff about blogging!

I’m bringing the kid along because he’s pretty lousy about keeping his own blog up but he likes setting his friends up on blogspot and helping them add thousands of youtube anime videos and other bells and whistles that give grown-ups headaches. (Seriously, I can barely click on my own kid’s blog!)
